When will I receive my soap?⌣
Since each item is handmade, production usually takes 5–6 business days. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
How long will the soap last?⌣
How long a handmade soap lasts depends on its size, how often it is used and how dry it is kept between uses. Place it on a draining soap dish and let it dry fully.
Are the soaps scented?⌣
Yes. Our fruit and botanical soaps use carefully selected fragrance oils chosen to complement the shape, color and character of each piece.
Can I request a custom color or gift set?⌣
Yes. Custom colors, gift-ready groupings and event quantities can be discussed through the contact form before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?⌣
International availability and delivery times depend on the destination. Any import taxes or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
