Refund policy

Digital downloads, recorded lessons and access to online workshop materials are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law.

Because our products are handmade and often prepared in small batches, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. Please review the product description and contact us with questions before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or solution.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or an incorrect address supplied at checkout. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
