Shipping policy

Orders are generally handmade and processed within 3–5 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Carrier delays after dispatch are outside our direct control.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or inspections. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. Reshipping fees may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. A carrier tracking link will be supplied when available.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Parcels marked delivered by the carrier should first be reported to the carrier and the delivery location.
